EXTERIOR: This is a nice Class A Diesel Motor home 38 ft. exterior shines nice some stickers do show some fading. Passenger/bus entry with separate screen door electric entry step access handle . A large really nice aluminum-encased porch awning by A & E Awning and three window awnings. Tinted windows roof access ladder in rear reese-style hitch receiver dirt skirt rear view camera spot light front of roof and plenty of storage compartments. Easy generator access located in front. Please see pictures we also include pictures of all outside compartments.
ENTRY: When entering this RV it has a great feel to it and looks very inviting! The Entry Door has a main door with a separate screen door. When opening the door an electric step will pull out then three more steps inside to climb. Two hand rails on each side of entry steps. Switches to left for lights and step. To the right is a fire extinguisher. Above entry is a Sony Speaker and inverter.
COCKPIT: The cockpit features two really nice leather captain seats both adjustable and in great condition. To the right of the passenger seat is switches for porch ceiling step cover mood and below a cubby for storage. Window to the right of seat has screen and privacy curtain that can be pulled out to cover front right side of windshield. In front of passenger side has vents and a sun visor above. Driver side has to the left of it many switches: spot light lighting horn rear vision mirrors Allison touch transmission. Hydraulic leveling controls and cup holder on wall. Window to the left of driver side with screen that opens and Sony Speaker. Also a privacy curtain that can be pulled to cover left side of windshield. Above the driver is the rear Sony monitor and above that a Sony 10-Disc Cd Changer with switches. Dash has tilt wheel cruise Dash Gauges: digital odometer speedometer tachometer fuel oil temp. Dash Switches/Controls: wiper/wash air dump lights Generator run preheat psi air A/C etc. Dash is in great shape with two mounted metal fans in the middle. Above Dash is GE Television located up high in the middle making it very easy for everyone to see from the living area and kitchen.
LIVING AREA: The living area features a comfortable leather swivel recliner chair in great condition with a wood fold in/out table to the right. To the right light switch above the table. Behind chair large window with wood framed valance with mirrors on each side and pull down cloth blinds. Above window a little light and two wood storage cabinets. A nice light fixture also mounted on wall with cute wood compartment underneath. Across from chair is a nice looking plaid upholstered sofa that has some wear please see pictures. This sofa pulls out to bed that could sleep two. Manuals on display on sofa in pictures are included with the motor home. Large window behind sofa with wood framed valance with mirrors on each side and pull down cloth blinds. Above the sofa two small lights on each side with switch in the middle. Above the sofa three cabinets and on the side mounted on the cabinets is a Thermostat and Carbon monoxide detector. Carpet in living area is in great condition with plastic runners in place in pictures.
DINING AREA: The dining area has wood flooring and a wood fold in/out table with two chairs. Behind the table is a large window with wood framed valance with mirrors on each side and pull down cloth blinds. Above it decorative light fixture and three wood cabinets. The back wall behind table has large storage cabinet with mirrors phone jack and light switch. A smaller cabinet also located on back wall with a Sony Speaker.
KITCHEN AREA: The Kitchen features corian counter tops in really nice shape and lots of wood cabinets. Double Stainless sinks with window above it that has blinds dome light and small double door cabinet. Two the right of sink is counter space. The counter space has three drawers below dome light above and on the wall switches. Cabinet above the counter space. To the left of sink more counter space with three pull out drawers one cabinet below. A nice wood spice rack with mirrors and pull out drawer on the wall. Dome light above and a cabinet. Below sink is a sponge holder drawer compartment and one double door cabinet. To the far left of Kitchen a Wedgwood 3-Burner Stove Top that has a corian matching counter cover making even more counter space when not in use. Mirror on back wall to left of stove. Behind stove an outlet on wall. Below one double door cabinet and one pull out drawer. Above stove top a black Sharp Convection oven. Above oven one cabinet. On side wall up high Sony Speaker. Across from stove is a Dometic Fridge/Freezer wood paneled with some wear. On the ceiling smoke detector. This is a good looking kitchen please see pictures.
CENTER BATHROOM AREA: The bathroom features modern black and white wall paper corian counter top with single sink. Large mirrored medicine cabinet with four bulb vanity light fixture. Two towel holders and tooth brush holder on wall. Behind wall above sink outlet switch. Below sink one wood cabinet and three pull out drawers. Tile in bathroom nice. Enclosed shower to the right of sink with sky light. Private enclosed Lavvy with door that has full body mirror on it when opened can be used to give even more privacy to bathroom area from kitchen area. Private Lavvy has toilet double door cabinet above it two towel racks water heater switches thermostat light switch outlet on wall and window with blinds. Stacked double door cabinets top for storage and bottom has a washer and dryer combo.
BEDROOM AREA: The bedroom features queen sized bed with cushion head board and mirrors behind it. Decorative light fixtures on each side night stands on each side and windows on each side. Both windows have wood framed valance with pull down cloth blinds. Above head of bed light switches two cabinets and two Sony speakers. Left side of bed when facing it switches and outlet on right side when facing thermostat and outlet. Night stand on left has three pull out drawer below and one large cabinet above. Night stand on right has one pull out drawer one cabinet below and one cabinet above. On night stand side wall has phone jack. On left side wall has an additional outlet on wall toward the floor. In front of foot of bed is a really nice built in vanity with corian counter top and mirror storage cabinet. Above dome light below one storage drawer outlet and switches. Underneath space for a seat and storage cabinet. Mounted above vanity is a Samsung Flat Screen Television to right a carbon monoxide detector. Bedroom also features a large double door closet that has two wood drawers.
SUMMARY: This really is a very nice Class A Spartan Chassis Diesel Holiday Rambler Navigator motor home xxxx model year. Clean inside and out. It starts runs and drives as it should. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind. Carpet in cockpit living area and bedroom appears to be in great currently has plastic runners in place. Wood flooring in kitchen are coach appears to be in good condition showing only some minor blemishes. Tile in bathroom appears to be in great condition. Walls throughout are all clean as with any used coach some may show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes. Cabinets throughout all look good and open and close properly. Dash appears to be in good condition. 2-Peice Windshield has a crack on one side other side is good. All other windows are good.
