SUMMARY: Wow! This is a nice xxxx model year coach. She starts, runs and drives as she should. Clean inside and out. Interior is beautiful and clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind. Tile in cockpit, kitchen, living area and bathroom appears to be in great condition. Carpet under Table & Sofa great condition. Carpet in hallway and bedroom in great condiion. Corian-style counter tops and corian-style trimmed toppers throughout motor home all appear to be in great condition. Walls throughout are all clean, however as with any used coach, some do show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes; a couple small pin-dot holes from previous wall mountings/hangings. Cabinets throughout open and close properly and look good. Dash appears to be in good condition. Large windshield is good does have small rock chips. All other windows are good. Everything else we tested and/or checked the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: electric entry step, air conditioning, water pump, lp leak detectors, range, convection microwave, refrigerator/freezer, furnace, water heater, dash air, radio, televisions, rear view camera and monitor, leveling jacks, and generator. Yes, washer/dryer is included.
